Week 6 Top 10

Lots of new names in this week's Top 10.
  1. Xaverian (5-0) - Saying they're primed for another undefeated season is an understatement at this point.
  2. Everett (4-0) - Handily beating up on solid programs has been the norm in Everett for decades.
  3. Brockton (4-1) - You have to believe that all these tough contests the Boxers are playing this season is going to pay off come playoff time.
  4. Gloucester (5-0) - Gloucester was able to pass their first real test of the season with flying colors.
  5. St. Johns Shrewsbury (5-0) - Interested to see how this team reacts when it finds itself in a close game.  Although, with this much talent, that may very well never happen.
  6. Methuen (4-1) - This team wins for a number of reasons, none more so than their offensive line.
  7. Falmouth (5-0) - This team was deserving of a top 10 nod last week, but their dispatching of Sandwich coupled with a slew of former top 10 team losses solidified them locking up a spot this week.
  8. Mansfield (4-1) - Had it not been for an early season set back against Aquinas (NY), this team would be as high as #6.  Deep, athletic running game.
  9. Weymouth (5-0) - Arguably the most well balanced team in the state.
  10. Longmeadow (4-1) - Big win over CM  last weekend showed folks just how good Coach Rotsko's team really is.  It also solidified St. Johns Shrewsbury's place as one of the regions' elite.
Dropped Out: Catholic Memorial (#5), Wachusett Regional (#7), Chelmsford (#9), King Phillip (#10)
Knocking on the Door: Reading (5-0), North Attleboro (5-0)
