Eastern Mass Playoff Outlook 2.0

Tons was decided last weekend.  Here is where we stand heading into Rivalry Week.

Division 1
Big Three
- In: New Bedford (5-4; 1-0); vs. Durfee - Win or lose, the Whalers will are headed to the post season after shocking Brockton last weekend.
Catholic Conference
- Favorite: #4 Xaverian (8-2; 3-0); vs. St. John's Prep - A win against their hatred rival will give them the league crown.
- Dark Horse A: St. John's Prep (6-4; 2-1); at Xaverian - Their loss last week to BC High hurts them quite a bit, as they'll need a win and a BC High victory over Catholic Memorial.
- Dark Horse B: BC High (5-4; 2-1); vs. Catholic Memorial - Suddenly the Eagles find themselves in contention again after knocking off Prep.  They'll need a win against CM and a Prep victory over Xaverian to force a three-way tie.
Greater Boston League
- In: #1 Everett (9-0; 3-0); vs. Cambridge
Merrimack Valley Large
- Favorite: Central Catholic (7-3; 3-0); at Andover - It's simple for CC, as a win against Andover sets them up with a date against #1 Everett.
- Knocking on the Door: Andover (7-3; 2-1); vs. Central Catholic - A win over Central Catholic and a Chelmsford loss to Billerica will get them to the postseason.  If they win and Chelmsford wins as well, we'll have a three-way tie.
- Dark Horse: Chelmsford (6-4; 2-1); vs. Billerica - Chelmsford needs a win as well as an Andover victory over Central Catholic to force a three-way tie.

Division 1A
Bay State - Carey
- In: #7 Weymouth (10-0; 10-0); vs. #10 Walpole
Dual County Large
- In: Lincoln-Sudbury (7-3; 4-0); vs. Newton South
Northeastern Large
- In: #2 Gloucester (10-0; 5-0); at Danvers
Old Colony
- In: Bridgewater-Raynham  (8-2; 3-0); at Brockton

Division 2
Bay State - Hegret
- In: #10 Walpole (10-0; 10-0); at #7 Weymouth
Hockomock
- In: #6 Mansfield (9-1; 8-0); vs. Foxborough
Merrimack Valley Small
- Knocking on the Door A: #5 Methuen (9-1; 3-0); vs. Dracut - Thanksgiving always means more than the other regular season games, but when you have a chance to knock off your rival for the opportunity to go to the playoffs, it's that much sweeter.  Win and they're in.
- Knocking on the Door B: Dracut (7-3; 3-0); at #5 Methuen - Dracut was written off by many earlier this season, but if they can outplay their rivals on Thanksgiving, they will head back to the playoffs.
Middlesex
- In: #8 Reading (10-0; 7-0); at Stoneham

Division 2A
Atlantic Coast
- Favorite: Dennis-Yarmouth (9-1; 4-1); at Nauset - Huge win for the Dolphins over Plymouth North last weekend.  For them to play past Thanksgiving, they'll need a win against Nauset, as well as a Plymouth North win over Plymouth South.
- Knocking on the Door: Marshfield (5-4; 4-1); vs. Duxbury - Mansfied's fate is in Plymouth North's hands.  If North losses to Plymouth South, Mansfield will move on by virute of having the head-to-head advantage against Dennis-Yarmouth.  However, if North tops South, D-Y advances.
Cape Ann
- In: North Andover (9-1; 4-0); vs. Masconomet
Dual County Small
- In: Concord-Carlisle (8-2; 4-0); at Bedford
Patriot - Keenan
- In: Duxbury (10-0; 4-0); at Marshfield

Division 3
Eastern Athletic
- In: Somerset (10-0; 4-0); vs. Case
Northeastern Small
- In: Beverly (5-5; 5-0); vs. Salem
Patriot - Fisher
- In: Scituate (8-2; 4-0); at Hingham
South Coast
- In: Dighton-Rehoboth (9-1; 6-0); vs. Seekonk

Division 3A
Cape Ann Small
- In: Hamilton-Wenham (7-2; 5-0); vs. Ipswich
Catholic Central Large
- In: Cardinal Spellman (10-0; 4-0); vs. Archbishop Williams
South Shore
- In: Rockland (10-0; 6-0); vs. East Bridgewater
Tri-Valley
- In: Holliston (9-1; 9-1); at Westwood
Division 4
Boston North
- In: Madison Park (6-1; 5-0); at Dorchester (11/19)
Commonwealth Large
- In: Shawsheen (8-1; 4-0); vs. Greater Lowell
Mayflower Large
- In: Blue Hills (9-1; 4-0); at Bristol-Plymouth

Division 4A
Boston South
- In: Brighton (8-2; 5-0); vs. Dorchester
Catholic Central Small 
- Knocking on the Door A: Lowell Catholic (8-1; 5-0); at Pope John - Another team in position to make their Thanksgiving memorable.  If they beat rival Pope John, they advance to the postseason.  
- Knocking on the Door B: Pope John (7-2; 5-0); vs. Lowell Catholic - The Tigers can go bowling with a win against visiting Lowell Catholic
Commonwealth Small
- Knocking on the Door A: North Shore (9-1; 3-0); vs. Northeast - If North Shore can handle business against rival Northeast on Turkey Day, they'll earn themselves a league title.
- Knocking on the Door B: Northeast (8-2; 3-0); at North Shore - The Golden Knights have to win on the road against their rivals in order to win the league.
Mayflower Small
- In: West Bridgewater (8-1; 7-0); vs. Holbrook
