ADFC Game of the Week

When you have a chance to see four of the top 25 players in the state go head to head, you have to take it.  With that in mind, we picked the Friday night showdown between #2 Brockton and Catholic Memorial as our Game of the Week.  We will again bring you interviews and breakdowns of both teams as the week progresses.
This game will go a long way in telling us just how good Catholic Memorial's Armani Reeves and Camren Williams are.  Brockton boasts the best defensive backfield in the state, as well as Massachusetts' top cover man in Albert Louis-Jean.  A good showing for the pair this weekend will solidify them as being in the Top 100 wide receivers in the class of 2012.
Brockton has won five straight since losing at #4 Xaverian.  The Boxers have played one of the toughest schedules in the state, with only three of their 11 opponents having records below .500.
Catholic Memorial has seen a fair amount of success as well.  Their two losses have come to teams with a combined 15-4 record, and they have showed the ability to light up the scoreboard, scoring 25-plus points in six of their seven games.
Tomorrow we will begin our Game of the Week coverage by breaking down Catholic Memorial.  Thursday will be dedicated to Brockton.  Check back later today as we name the players in the running for our three individual awards.
